Blinding Lights

Blinding Lights broke a record no other song has touched - and it still walked away from the Grammys empty-handed.

Abel Tesfaye built it in a home studio chasing an 80s synth-pop sound, then watched it spend 90 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, longer than any single in chart history. Four weeks at No. 1. RIAA Diamond. Zero Grammy nominations.

Did the biggest hit of 2020 deserve at least one nod?
