Rehab by Amy Winehouse began as a true story, not a lyric.

In 2006 someone told Amy Winehouse she should go to rehab. She refused - then told producer Mark Ronson the whole story in the studio. He said it sounded like a song, and she wrote the chorus almost on the spot.
